Shipping policy

Printed when you order it

Uconica is print on demand. Your order is made after you place it, at the production facility closest to you, and then shipped from there. Nothing ships from a warehouse in one city to a customer in another.

How long it takes

Production: 2 to 5 business days. This is the printing, the quality check and the packing.

Delivery, United States: 1 to 8 business days after production, depending on the service and where you are.

So a typical US order lands somewhere between 3 and 13 business days from the moment you press buy. International varies by destination.

Orders containing several items may ship separately if they are produced at different facilities, or if one item is delayed. You will get tracking for each.

What it costs

United States: calculated at checkout. Free on orders over $69.

International: calculated at checkout based on destination and the contents of your order.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by your country. Those are set by your government, not by us, and they are the recipient's responsibility.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Orders are routed to the nearest production facility, so an order to the EU is typically printed and shipped within the EU rather than crossing an ocean.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If the tracking has not moved in several days, that is usually a carrier scanning gap rather than a lost parcel, but email us and we will chase it.

Something went wrong

Email info@uconica.com with your order number. Late, missing, damaged, wrong, anything. We reply within 3 business days.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, see the refund policy, which covers it for 30 days from delivery with no return shipping.
