Made to order

Every Uconica piece is printed after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse, there is no back stock, and your item does not exist until you buy it. That keeps waste down and lets us make strange, specific things that would never survive a minimum order quantity.

It also means we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. A printed item cannot go back on a shelf, because there is no shelf. What we do instead is make sure the fit is right.

The First Fit Promise

If the size is wrong, we replace it free. No posting anything back.

This covers your first order with us, and the first time you buy a style you have not tried before. We will send up to two free size replacements, the same item in a different size, or give you store credit for the value instead. Keep the original. Wear it, gift it, cut the sleeves off.

Not covered: ordering the same item in several sizes to try on. That is called bracketing, and it is a return policy wearing a disguise.

If you are unsure before ordering, check the size chart, which carries real measurements for every blank we print on and says out loud which ones run small. Or email us and we will tell you which size to buy.

Damaged, defective or wrong

All Uconica products carry a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects, starting the day your order is delivered.

If something arrives misprinted, damaged, or is simply not what you ordered, email info@uconica.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it, refund it, or issue store credit, whichever you prefer. You will not be asked to ship anything back.

This covers our mistakes. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or a design you have washed forty times.

Changes and cancellations

Production starts quickly. Once an item has entered production we cannot change or cancel the order. If you need to fix an address or catch a mistake, email info@uconica.com immediately and we will do what we can.

EU and UK orders

If your order ships to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the condition you received it. Email info@uconica.com to start a withdrawal and we will send instructions.
