Apparel: Machine wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle, with like colors and a mild detergent. Non-chlorine bleach only if you must. Skip fabric softener and dry cleaning. Tumble dry low, or hang dry for the longest life. Cool iron inside out, never on the print.

All-over print: Machine wash cold with like colors, no bleach. Do not tumble dry or dry clean. Iron on low if needed.

Hats and shoes: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Hand wash cold if they need more. No brushes, no machine, no bleach, no dryer, no iron, no dry cleaning.

Bags: Totes and drawstring bags machine wash cold, no bleach. Backpacks, fanny packs, and duffles hand wash only. None of them go in the dryer or the dry cleaner. Iron on low if needed.

Mugs: Microwave and dishwasher safe. Hand washing keeps the print and coating looking new for longer.

Home goods: Wipe hard surfaces with a damp cloth and mild soap. Skip alcohol-based cleaners, they lift ink. Keep printed paper goods out of direct sunlight and dust them with a dry cloth.

Production: Made to order and printed just for you. Takes 2 to 7 business days, plus shipping time based on the method you choose at checkout.

Shipping: We fulfill from the facility closest to your delivery address.

Returns: Because every item is made after you order it, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

First Fit Promise: If your first Uconica order does not fit, we will replace up to 2 items in a different size at no cost, or give you store credit. This also applies the first time you order a style you have not tried before, even if you have shopped with us already. Same item, different size only. Ordering multiple sizes to try on is not covered. Check the size chart first, or email us and we will help you pick.

Damaged or wrong: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you.
